The 5 stars are for the translator. What a wonderful rendering of Dr. Seuss inspirational masterpiece! It makes for the perfect gift for all ages and all occasions.

This is an excellent translation that transfers the poetry of Seuss into Spanish. Not all translations are equal, but Marcuse's are first rate. Brava!

Si lo que buscan es un libro que inspire y motive pero no de una manera cursi sino divertida, apta para todas las edades, pues han encontrado el regalo perfecto!!
La traduccion es excelente! Yo en verdad nunca crei que Dr. Seuss podria ser traducido con justicia hasta que lei este libro... Buen trabajo!!
Lo leemos todos los dias, para mis hijas, y para mi mismo, y pienso asi hacerlo hasta que lo podamos recitar de memoria :)

My students enjoyed this book immensely. We read one page in Spanish followed by a page in English. It worked out great.

Libro para niños y para adultos. Para que los niños empiezen a ver la vida sin miedo, y se decidan a disfrutar de sus retos, a aprender a levantarse de las caidas de una forma sencilla, simple. Excelente para guiar por el buen camino a un niño y que él recorra este camino por si sólo.

Para que los adultos que olvidan estas cosas importantes para ir sabiamente por la vida. Igual de una forma sencilla y directa.

Me encanto el libro... Empieza con la frase "Con cerebro en tu cabeza y los pies en tus zapatos"...A traves de aventuras motivan a los niños a sobreponerse a las caidas, vencer obstaculos y ser exitosos!! Me hubiera encantado tenerlo de niña. Defintivamente amo este libro!!!

Of course, who can deny the fabulosity of Dr. Seuss! Love this foray into thinking about the future of one's life and the possible paths it could take.

I bought this book for my girlfriend before she does study abroad in Spain.

She really seems to enjoy it. I don't know what the heck it says, but the language seems to sound pretty whimsical, and is definitely a fun detour from the monotonous language study books. Keeps that learning fire alight.

Wow. My wife and I consider ourselves to be bilingual, however when we tried reading this book to our 9 month old we both stuttered and paused and repeated. I'll have to say that it turned me off a beloved book for about a week. I did return to it and now, after 11 reads, I feel more fluid in my reading that I can start acting out parts. Fun, if you don't quit.
