Susan Crossman is a professional writer who somehow manages to tether a wayward imaginaton to a successful career in business. It's an untidy mixture that provides no end of entertainment to friends, family and Susan herself, a woman who is easily distractible and interested in almost anything to do with words, language and communication.
Born in Dryden, Ontario, Susan grew up primarily in London, Ontario. She received an Honours B.A. in Political Studies from Queen's University in Kingston, Ontario, before starting a career that began in journalism and swerved boldly through government and corporate communications, PR and marketing before sideswiping the field of creative writing.
Her first novel, "Shades of Teale," tells the story of a woman's journey through an unhappy marriage to a stronger sense of her own self-worth.
