I really really like this book. I feel the title is somewhat misleading, though. It sounds like it's just a quiz book, but really, it's more than that. It helps you set goals and get over "road-blocks" that may be preventing you from achieving your goals. It really is a great book for all.

I bought this book several years ago and really enjoyed it. It was very helpful with self exploration and self evaluation which is so important when you are trying to mature as an individual. Since then I have referred back to this book many times and often use it when I'm getting to know someone who may be a potential mate or companion. I plan to buy a few copies to give to close friends.

It's easy to read, fun to use, but at the same time it's pretty challenging and covers a lot of ground. You can give your life a workout in all the core areas - relationships, values, self-esteem etc; it's written by a psychotherapist so there's also lots of positive help for things like anxiety, depression or procrastination...best of all, there's lots of space given to joy and creativity and the whole book is interactive.
