I love books of household hints. You need several different ones, so you can choose the right tip for your situation. This one has tried-and-true solutions for cleaning, crafts, cooking, gardening, home repair, and laundry.
It's enjoyable to see things that were common knowledge to our grandparents and great-grandparents, but may have been forgotten in today's use-it-and-toss-it lifestyles.
