Most Helpful Customer Reviews

3 of 3 people found the following review helpful By Siduri on February 12, 2008
Format: DVD
While the information was valuable, the disk would only play on my computer, and even then there was a delay between the sound of speaking and the movement of lips. The quality was horrible. In addition, there was no menu from which to select topics. It was not of a high enough quality to be able to use in a business communication classroom as I had hoped, and it was so annoying to watch someone speak and then wait to hear what they said that I couldn't stand watching it myself. "Better Communication" needs better videographers.
