5.0 out of 5 stars Removes Wax Residue Great!
I bought a bottle of this stuff about 3 or 4 years ago and still have half a bottle left over. It works well to remove wax residue. I've found what works best is to apply a small amount of the wax off to a muslin strip and then over the area where I would like the residue gone. I've used this to remove residue on my eyebrows, underarms, and bikini line all with great...

2.0 out of 5 stars Doesn't work very well....
I purchased this for my mother thinking this product would be superior to the baby oil I use myself for removing residual wax. It appears the product doesn't take wax off the skin nearly as cleanly and is quite messy to work with. I would not purchase it again!

1.0 out of 5 stars Unnecessary Expense, December 10, 2007

I used this product to remove residual wax after using Gigi Brazillian Hard Body Wax. The product smells pleasant but it is not effective at making the wax any easier to remove. You can be more effective and economical using plain baby oil.

I would absolutely recommend this product to anyone that is interested in doing home waxing.

3.0 out of 5 stars OK, July 2, 2010

This is a very nice smelling lotion that is supposed to remove the wax from skin after waxing. The lotion is very nice quality, although it still leaves a lot of wax left and I usually have to scrape it off with a shaving razor. I have recently tried the Clean and Easy after was remover, rather like baby oil. This product works much better at removing wax and would recommend that product over this Gigi lotion even though I do really like the Gigi brand and other of its products.

this product works well although it will leave wax on your skin still.. you have to apply it and leave it on for like 5 mins and use a rag to wipe it off and it will take SOME of the wax off.

4.0 out of 5 stars works pretty good, December 26, 2011
This review is from: 0880 - WAX OFF,SKIN WAX REMOVER,8oz (Health and Beauty)
This is good for use if you you have some wax stuck on your fingers or skin after waxing. Just rub it together and it wears away the wax. Smells ok too.

5.0 out of 5 stars A must if you are using the honey wax, August 29, 2011

Honey wax is very sticky and nearly impossible to get off anything it touches while applying. If it accidently gets on your hands, this helps remove it immediately. Well worth the money!

The first time I used gigi wax, I didn't have a wax remover so I had to find conditioner and oil and scrub my fingers for 20 minutes to get the wax off. I immediately ordered gigi wax remover and have been extremely pleased with how easily it removes excess wax from my skin. I highly, highly recommend it to anyone who waxes and is kind of clumsy.

5.0 out of 5 stars Good Product, October 13, 2009

I like this product as it removes the leftover wax on the body very easily. Especially when we are using honey wax for removing hair from hands, legs etc., its kind of hard to remove the wax that's left behind after waxing with muslin cloth/disposal wax strips.

I don't kwow what I would do without this product. It is quite effective in removing all the leftover wax. It also has a nice, mild smell - not overwhelming.
