1001 Secrets of Great Cooks
This book offered many useful tidbits of information and was also very enjoyable to read. I would recommend it to anyone who likes to cook or is interested in food in general.

An absolute piece of [junk]!
Forgive my harshness, but this book is one of the few worst cooking books I've ever seen. It offers nothing useful to the professional, and very little by way accurate tips, advice or help to the home cook. Save your [money]...
