I'd like to correct this review. At first glance after opening my package with cutting saw, 2 washers, and mandrel, it seemed that the reviewer was correct. The hole on the saw blade was too big for the mandrel, and it was very loose. HOWEVER, after about 5 min. playing around with it I realized something very important: The blade came with 2 washers. I had one on either side of the blade. By simply removing the washer on the side of the blade which is *towards* the dremel when in operation, I discovered a small lip on the mandrel, which was covered by the washer, which is *exactly* the same size as the hole in the blade. By pushing the blade down and tightening up the mandrel with that inside washer now gone, the lip on the mandrel slipped perfectly into the hole on the blade, forming a tight, perfectly wiggle-free connection with no play whatsoever. The blade is fairly well balanced and now cuts up to 20,000 RPM or so with no problem. Excellent Buy. Highly Recommend.

Used it to cut some PVC in a hard to reach location. Worked fine as long as I was patient.

I never bash Chinese-made goods but this one is junk, and not of the good seafaring kind. This cannot be a high-speed blade as advertized because the rod with which it attaches to the Dremel tool does not center the cutting disk. Simply, the disk hole is bigger than than the shaft and it is impossible to keep the disk on center. Therefore, at high speed it causes severe vibration. Since I could not use it at high speed, I could not test its cutting abilities. Wasted money for me.

I've used these cutters for years. They are extremely efficient in both wood and plastic. A few words of caution are in order, however. Since the blade can cut so quickly, make sure you have a solid grip on the tool and the piece you are cutting is secured - NOT HELD IN YOUR HAND. I made that mistake once, many years ago, and still have the scar to prove my stupidity. The only thing negative I can say about this item is that the mandrel and blade combination is the only way it can be purchased anymore. Years ago, you could buy just the blades, and get five of them for just a little over what the mandrel/blade sold for. If anyone knows where only the blades can be purchased, I'd really like to hear because I have a stockpile of mandrels.

Tried this with my Dremel tool. The blade does not stay centered making it oscillate dangerously. Poorly designed. Utterly worthless. Would not recommend to anyone

I purchased this to replace a cracked cutter for my Dremmel. It does the job and is a good value.

Don't buy! Don't waste your money! This item is completely useless.

First the diameter is extremely small (a little larger than the diameter and circumference of you thumb) and a lot of space is taken up by mandrel attachment screw so at most it can cut something which is 3/8" of inch thick. To some that may sound good until you get to the actual cutting. It just doesn't cut. It's not a saw. The most it does is scratch the material and leave blade marker where it was suppose to cut.

Straight out of the package, it didn't do what it was suppose to do. It is utterly worthless. Don't waste you money!

THIS TOOL WORKS FOR CUTTING SMALL STUFF. I PURCHASED IT TO TRY TO CUT SOME THICK CAULK AROUND MY WINDOWS TO REMOVE THE WINDOW. THE CAULK WAS SO THICK THAT MY DREMMEL WAS HAVING A HARD TIME CUTTING, FOR IT WOULD STOP SPINNING. I GIVE IT A 3 STAR BECAUSE YOU HAVE TO BE VERY CAREFUL; THERE IS NO GUARD!
