Falcon was offering a great deal on Valentine's Day roses - a dozen pink roses delivered for just $10.99. I jumped on the deal, and my order was accepted and processed. This is over a week before Valentine's Day, plenty of time for them to arrange for inventory and such if that might be an issue. They've got to know that they're going to get a lot of takers on their sale when they're offering a dozen roses this cheap for Valentine's Day. And, what do you know, they cancel my order with no explanation and not even a coupon or anything else to make up for the fact that they canceled the order on me.

They could have earned a customer for life. Now they've ensured I'll never do business with them again, and will make sure my friends don't either.

cancelled my 2 orders for 2 different items. Seller should not offer items if they do not intend to ship. Buyer Beware!!!!

They canceled my order because of a "computer glitch" give me a break! and they didnt even refund me all my money.

I ordered my flowers on Feb. 6th and just now received an email that a refund was just sent.... WITHOUT prior communication! Now I have no flowers less than a week from Valentine's Day. Yet they are still selling there flowers!!

In fact, they charged me $10.70 and refunded me $10.69... so I pay for doing business??!!!

The flowers arrived almost dead and barely lasted a day only. Most did not even opened. I will never buy flowers from this provider ever again.

Do not buy from these people. They cancelled the order, which happens, unfortunate, but it happens. But then they exposed my e-mail address to hundreds of people. Do NOT deal with these people, it is not worth it.

Very bad company and poor customer service. They waste my time and money. I will never do business with them again!

Seller cancel my order few days before Valentine's day. Seller should not post it if they are not going to honor their orders. Waste of time. Too bad I can not give negative star for this transaction..... or I would.

I order flowers once a year, for valentines day. I had my order canceled a week prior to valentines day. Are you kidding me? If you need flowers for any occasion, this is not the place to get them. Buyer beware.

The flowers color were nice, but died in couple days. Tried to contact the seller, but couldn't get a hold of them. Will not buy from this seller again.
