Different book lights have different virtues. My husband complains if the light is too bright and wakes him; I find this single LED is bright enough to read with and small enough that I can use even under the covers when necessary. It is also small, light and portable. The batteries last quite a long time. For those who want a book light to clip to a book and cast a large, bright light, this is not the right choice.

This little light does the job without adding extra weight. My only complaint is that the LED was actually too bright for me and would give me a little headache if it was in view. I just put a little duct tape on both sides and that fixed the problem. It still illuminates the pages great. Great value for a little light.

I bought this so I could read at night with disturbing my husband. Works great except I prefer to let it rest on my chest and shine on the book page rather than have it hang from the book.

The 1 LED slim light is good book light,when one needs to study without disturbing others. This light is portable and can be easily fit to your books.

I purchase two of the led booklights. They were delivered quickly, and were exactly what I wanted. I read many nights before sleep, but try not to disturb my husband. This light is bright enough for me to comfortably see what I'm reading, but not so bright to keep my husband awake.

Do not buy this product. This booklight is plastic and I find it hard to use on a book or a kindle. It is not bright enough to read with and I have to keep moving and readjusting it.

I've taken it on many trips with me. It's very small and easy to pack, plus the light is pretty bright. It's perfect for long flights

For the price.. not bad...light itself..you know blinks...but overall for the price. nice product...
