I love this cook book. In fact cookies were so good - Bought 5 books to give out last year and also ended up giving out my own so ordering me a new one today.... love the cookies with cherries and coconut... love them. Not to mention it made holiday baking so much easier.

This book is such a great idea, but so bad in reality. You make up a big batch of dry ingredients and then when ready to make cookies, take an amount of the mixture and add wet ingredients. But the proportions are way off. I tried several of the cookies and they were just terrible. Most of the recipes call for 2.5 cups of the mix and then 1/2 cup of butter or margarine and 1 egg. The dough was always really, really dry, and the flavor was bad as well.
