I have read in this book and another one that we are not getting enough oxygen in our cells and that can make us fatter.
I loved the tips but not sure I will use the one about finishing a shower by running cold water 20-30 seconds. It probably does work though. Enjoyed the tips and short chapters. There were a lot of good things in this book that I will use to lose weight.

I was able to read this entire book within and hour. The information was great and to the point. No filler or fluff. I love that I have it on my Kindle (which I take everywhere or I can access with my phone) so I can peek at it whenever I need a little push or need to access info from the bonus book while shopping. The exercises are quick and definitely do-able. I just wish JJ could come to my house and light a fire under my ass. Motivation is my hurdle. Jennifer really gives me no excuse to NOT exercise. These can be done in your home, without equipment, during commercials so it's perfect for busy (or even lazy) individuals. This is a perfect addition to anyone's library.

This easy to read ebook has some really good ideas about how to efficiently exercise for fat loss.

Even while watching TV, I can get active and burn off some fat. I found that when I got started exercising during commercials, my whole family couldn't help but to get involved too.

I'm learning not to discount exercise and diet ideas because they are simple and inexpensive. The best exercise is the one that I will actually do on a consistant basis and these ideas are too simple to make any more excuses about being too busy or too tired.

I downloaded the free 1-minute Weight Loss Cheat Sheet and found it fascinating. I have the 1 Day Diet book that I bought a couple of weeks ago and so far, I really like it (I lost 4 lbs. in the first week!) so I have no doubt that the "nuggets of wisdom" on the cheat sheet will also be helpful in my weight loss/get fit/get healthy journey. What I like about Jolan's writings is that there is very little fluff (VERY little) and always to the point. Referring to this Cheat Sheet, her tips are practical and can truly be done on a very low budget and in most cases, for FREE without any monetary investent at all. I think we are all trying to save money these days-- and everyone wants to be fit and healthy, so Jolan's cheat sheet maximizes on both of those points. Her ideas are practical and as goofy as a couple of them might sound, those are the ones I'm going to try first, just to see for myself. :)

P.S. Even though it makes sense that it would work, I probably won't try the 20-30 second cold shower. It quickly brings to memory the days of church youth camp, racing for the early AM shower to get what little warm water there was to be had. Those days are behind me-- lol.

I have read most of Jennifer Jolan's diet books and followed most of her diet advice. This Cheat Sheet, as what the title says, pretty much summarizes all the diet and "strange-but-it-works" tips that Jen Jolan dished out on her previous books. I find this e-book very helpful.Like any ordinary mortal out there, I often get waylaid, and forget all the quickie guidelines and gain all the weight that I lost. This book serves as a quick reference. I don't have to look up for her other books (and believe me, Jen has A LOT of books). I have to admit it is hard to sort through each one of her many books and get the particular information I need for that moment.

With this book, I don't need to go through all of the books just to find a particular diet tactic. The added bonus? All the diet tactics are there. I could just sort of mix and match. Really no pain for busy women out there like me.

I have read several of Jennifer's books and seen many of these tips in them, but this is the first book with them all in one place. Hooray! It makes it much easier to have all of this information gathered together all in one place. I have tried the cold shower before and you you must make sure your heart is strong because when that cold water hits, WAMO! You are a frozen puppy! Also, the belly rub is awesome, but be particular as to where you are and the company you are with when you chose to practice it. I was watching the television and rubbing my belly and my 9 year old grand daughter asked me if I was going to have a baby. Her friends mom was pregnant and she rubbed her belly like that all the time. There are so many good, practical tips in this book that can be achieved in such a minimal amount of time that everyone can find something they will enjoy. Thanks again for another great read!

After I read the book, I tried two of the tactics the same day: her stair formula and the thyroid one. There were several ideas that I had never heard of before that I still want to try. It's nice that they are things that aren't going to cost any money plus they don't take very much time out of my day, I can do them when I have a minute here and there. I do appreciate the fact that the author is concise in her writing style. She just gets the information concentrated down to how to get started immediately. Since I'm dieting as well, it might be hard to tell what part of my weight loss is from dieting and what is from these tactics I'm trying from this book, but if I see my rate of weight loss increase, I'll definitely attribute it to the things I'm trying from this book. I can update later if I notice a difference. Can't wait to try some more of the shortcuts!
