I love this cd/book. We bought this book through Love to Learn on-line store. It came with a hands-on booklet so you can read along and point while you sing. I have never found a more entertaining way to teach some basic things to kids. My kids learned the fifty states, bones(names), parts of the inner ear, prime numbers,branches of the government, Central and South American countries and more!!! They really retain the catchy lyrics.

I can't believe there are no reviews for this item yet. I LOVE this cd. I have 3 children, 2 girls and a boy. I have been home schooling for a couple years. I bought the cd just for fun though, years ago, not for school. Once I did start home schooling, it was great that my kids already knew the days of the week, months of the year, their prime numbers, the values of different pieces of money, a basic understanding of the branches of government, the planets, and much more just from listening to this fun cd. :)

I purchased this to use in our homeschool many years ago. My oldest is now in college & called home and requested a song off of CD (the Ear) to use for review in Anatomy class! Within a week my 18 year old also requested to find CD again. Will be using it again as I will begin homeschooling again for Kindergarten next year. Great to have in car & just listen to songs as we travel. Amazing how music helps the memory. Highly recommend! Keep in mind was produced by a family and the entire family has a part which makes it very appealing to many ages.

I am all about having my kids learn without them realizing... But the music for the things they are "memorizing" on this CD is a bit strange. I found it too annoying to listen to.
