I bought this plan with an MP-3 player that had a large collection of 'Mixed' reviews, the player worked well for 9 month's before dying (With the work i put it through i was surprised it lasted that long.) i called the number on the paperwork and got a check in the mail a week later.

very fast service, i tried to get the product warranty first and jumped through hoops for two days just trying to figure out where to mail it.

if you have doubts about a product this is a very nice safety net.

Its like buying a warranty you already have. No need to pay. Waste of Money. Not really recommended unless, you tend to get a lot of product deffects.

I got this with my keyboard & it came in very handy. :) Definitely worth the few bucks extra. ALWAYS PROTECT YOUR ELECTRONICS!

I bought an item that was never received, so I paid for a plan with nothing for it to cover.... Amazon should be better at refunding this type of thing

It's great having a warranty on this headset. I have used headsets for years and find they can break easily inside the plug causing disconnects in communication. Being able to replace it completely is very reassuring in purchasing over the internet!

I haven't had to use it yet, so I guess it's still working good. I also have not been attacked by any cougars since I bought it, so I guess it's good for that too!

Knowing my purchase will be replaced. A very good investment.

This is a great and inexpensive warranty to have. It will replace your electronic product if it stop working or you find out later its defective.

I have yet to need this plan, but I hope it'll be beneficial if I do need it.

Have not had to use it yet so I don't know. Did I really need it I don't know but I bought it.
