I ordered this for my wireless headphones & I'm glad I did. My Sony headphones died on me in six months so, I contacted new replacement plan. They told me how to send my headphones back & I got my check in the mail for the purchase price that I paid for my headphones. I did have to pay my own shipping charge but, It was well worth it to have this plan. I had no problems with customer service. They were very nice. The only thing there was a problem with was getting my check. It did take them from Aug to Oct to get my check. I called them one time & they said there was a problem with getting the checks out but, I would have my check by the 8th of Oct. It was here on the 9th because of columbus day. I do recommend this company. I had no problems with them execpt for what I said about waiting for my check. If you don't mind waiting for your check I say get this replacement plan. IT'S WORTH IT!!

I still have not recieved my added warranty for this item. When I have called no one seems to know how to fix this problem..

After 3 days on the telephone and being bounced back and forth between NEW and the manufacturer, NEW finally agreed to abide by the terms of the warranty and refund my money. However, that was last week, and I am still waiting for the return label which was supposed to arrive that afternoon by e-mail. I'm wondering if they are stalling since we are close to the expiration date of the warranty!

The processing of this order had a lot to be desired. At one stage it was canceled but now it arrives in the mail.

Hopefully I will not need to use it.

I had to return an item that did not work.I contacted the 1 year replacement people since the warranty had NOT even started.The first person I spoke to made a mistake saying I was NOT entitled to any compensation.Hence I gave a 1 star rating and negative review.2,3 days later I was contacted in regards to the review.I was informed that it was a mistake on the first phone call part.That In fact I was entitled to a refund since the service had NOT begun.They said it may take a couple of weeks to credit the account removed from which the service was bought.a couple of days later.Much to my surprise the funds HAD been credited to the account.
Any time I buy an electronics Item from here I will use this extended warranty.To me that appears to be a customer conscious company.Like Amazon it's self we could use MORE such companies in the world.Kudos for noticing the mistake and taking time to correct.

I received a Palm Pilot and it would not take a charge. I contacted the vendor and within days received a replacement with a label to send the one that wouldn't work back. I was very pleased at the customer service I received.

TO RECEIVE THE CERTIFICATE OF INS. WITH OUT A LOT OF EFFORT ON MY PART. IS A VAST IMPROVEMENT.

I haven't had a chance to use the product as of yet, so I don't know exactly what I want to say about it. I can say that the product arrived as stated.

This service demonstrates consumer's demand for reliability and security. Way to go, Amazon.com. Its a cheap, but robust plan for my purchase and after reading the terms and conditions, it seems very satisfying to know the coverage I just purchase. Thanks.
