I had a NEW warranty for an APEX 3-disc changer. It failed and was no longer available, so they simply refunded my purchase price. There was no hassle and the technicians are polite. Whenever possible, I try to get a National Equipment Warranty. Often, I will specifically pick a store to buy from based on whether they have extended warranties. NEW seems to be everywhere and reliable. I highly recommend this, or one of the other NEW policies (depending on price and type of unit purchased).

Originally, I wrote that I did not receive anything so I considered this a waste of money. Well, lo and behold, in response to that review, they called me, quickly and politely fixed the problem, and I learned the error MAY have been mine to begin with!! They were sincere and helpful. I would give them a second chance!

My MP3 failed after my product's warranty expired. Since the item was no longer available I did received a refund (Minus shipping) NOTE: Keep all paperwork from the original purchase.

If you buy electronics buy the replacement plan. You just never know. With this you have the peace of mind and don't have to wonder.

I ordered three items. This was suppose to come in first out of the three items. Instead this item came in much later than the other two. I received the MP3 player before I received this piece of paper. I had to call since they claimed it was delivered. It took almost two months to get mailed to my house. I hope I don't have to use it at all. This company, in my eyes, is very unreliable. I would not purchase a plan from them again.
