If you are looking for a folding stock for your 10/22, look no further.
This is an excellent, well made product. It feels solid and seems very durable. It allows packing your rifle in a backpack or other shorter space such as a suitcase. The butt folds neatly out of the way and doesnt interfere with operation of the gun. The stock is locked in the open or closed position, which is a very nice feature. It was also easy to install and only took about 5 minutes.

The only downside is the weight. This stock is slightly heavier than the composite stock that came with my rifle. It adds maybe a pound to the total weight of the gun (compared to my stock). If you have a wooden stock the weight may be about the same.

This is an excellent product.

High quality, easily installed, great deal. I love it. It's really nice that it has the swivels as well (it's Butler Creek).

I couldn't be happier with this stock. It fit perfectly on my weapon, feels great in my hands, and folds and performs perfectly. I would recommend this to anyone who wants a durable US made product that will increase the ease of use on your weapon.

This stock is well designed with a very sturdy latch. The butt does not wobble or rattle in either the open or closed positions, and the forend fits the barrel without putting any pressure on it.

However, the comb is downright uncomfortable. If you purchase this or a similar stock, plan to wrap the comb with paracord or something else.

Fit almost perfect, with little gap but still a great stock. Makes the 10/22 very compact and easy to carry. Easy to fold and unfold, also very sturdy. Would recommend as a great folding stock.

I looked at alot of different stocks for my 10-22, there are plenty to see. This Butler Creek product gets two thumbs up. It feels solid extended or folded. I was a little hesitant to purchase, concerned about solid locking and rattles. This stock snaps tight in either position and has very little wiggle. I wanted simple and solid without all the bells and whistles that can go wrong (collapsible six position, right or left handed, etc..) This stock delivered what I was looking for. It was simple to install and it went together like it had come from the factory. It actually feels more comfortable and fitting than Ruger's factory stock. Another plus are the two stud sling attachments.

well mine arrived after some anticipation as I have needed a new stock for my Circa 1980 10/22 walnut model.
the old stock was loose from use and had some slight wear marks on the outside.
after scooping my folder out of the box I was very surprised at how ergonomic it was and when I installed it found a very snug fit.
this thing is nice I was afraid the stainless would not go with my blued gun but mine is 1/4 stainless and not shiny.
not sure if it was supposed to look like the pic but I am happy, some of the welds are pretty ugly but look solid.
all in all if you want to tac out your 10/22 I recommend this and some UTG rails, Dot sight and sling to finish it off.
this does work with hi cap mags but the drum that seems not to work at all will only fit when the stock is out.
oddly the magazine well or whatever protrudes more than in a normal stock not too much but a bit.

The Butler Creek 10/22 folding stock is a perfect and cheap upgrade. My wife's 10/22 just did not suit her taste. So after extensive YouTubeing and investigating the thousands of conversions for the 10/22 she decided on the Butler Creek folder. Adds just a little bit of weight to the 10/22 but nothing wrong with that. She can fold and unfold the stock in a blink of an eye. Just as fast as Matt Dillon. Try one.

Lite, well made and easy to install and operate.... If you are looking for a folding stock for your 10-22 this is it.

Oh, and really makes the gun look BAD-ASS!
