They call me Case. Justin Case, detective for the Metro P.D. You see a lot of nutty things in this crazy business. I mean, who would guess that a fortune in Chinese artifacts would just disappear from the Metro Museum? Or that someone would lace a supermodel's lipstick with deadly poison? And then there's that Rayzor Sharpe. I put the clueless little punk away for life, but then he breaks out. Now he's on th eloose and hungry for revenge, and I'm Numero Uno on his menu.
I don't like to brag, but I haven't seen a crime that I couldn't solve. How about you? Let's see if you can crack these cases from my files. I've enven provided some of the crime-scene sketches to help you out. But watch your back! You never know when Rayzor Sharpe will turn up next—like maybe the next time you turn the page.

This review is from: The 10-Minute Detective: 25 Scene-of-the-Crime Mystery Puzzles You Can Solve Yourself (Paperback)
The cases were impossible to solve even when all the clues were read. The twists and turns were hard to follow. An example of this is in one case you were supposed to know that the criminal was hiding in the bathroom, with no clues that lead in that direction. DO NOT PAY 12.00 FOR THIS BOOK.

This review is from: The 10-Minute Detective: 25 Scene-of-the-Crime Mystery Puzzles You Can Solve Yourself (Paperback)
This book sounds fascinating, but be sure to try one or two before purchasing it. The mysteries often require such things as "it wasn't suspect 2 because she sounded sincere." Well how is the reader to know this?
A few of them were more straighforward and solvable, but for the most part at-home sleuths will find themselves wishing the author had been the victim in at least one of the murders.
