I have an entire workout video library, but I have to say, I love this workout! You can do all five mini-workouts for a great entire body workout, or just do what sections interest you that day, depending on how much time you have. The pilates section is incredible! You can really feel your abs the next day! And, who can't find 10 minutes in their day for a mini-workout? I got this tape because I have a new baby, and sometimes 10 mintues is all I have. With this tape I can get a great, effective, and fun workout in every day!

This tape has a lot of variety in its workouts, which kept me from getting bored with it. It is divided into five 10-minute segments, and each segment is designed to be a workout by itself. This was great for me because I have two small kids and sometimes 10 minutes is all the time I have before one of them needs me for something. On the other hand, when I get more time than that I just keep working through the segments one after the other. This way you can get up to a 50-minute workout. This is just the right type of video for getting back into shape (which I needed after my second child was born) or for getting started on a regular exercise routine if you haven't been on one previously. The Pilates segment is especially good for toning up an out-of-shape tummy; the Boot Camp and Kickboxing segments give a short but effective aerobic workout; and the Ballet and Yoga segments are nice for stretching and strengthening the muscles.

The instructor goes over the move and then bam, she's into it. I've been working out for a while and I find it hard to keep up. I guess when you only have ten minutes you need to keep it moving along, but I feel that this video is for people who are already working out and are a quick study.

This is an excellent video for trying out many different kinds of trendy exercises. I especially like the boot camp section. It also alleiviates boredom. I combine it with other exercise videos and before I know it, I've worked out for 40 minutes. Also, it is a good way to reduce the impact on ankles for us joggers who need to rest a little. Worth the price.

This is a tape you won't tire of because it has five, 10-minute sections. Each can be done in conjunction with other types of exercise--or done all at once. Boot camp combines aerobics and weights--additional weight work, on your own, would be needed. Rock-Hard Abs uses mat work from the Pilates regimen,(You may need to support your head with your arms, to avoid neck strain.) Ballet has an excellent workout for the legs, buttocks, and Kickboxing does a short routine using basic punches and kicks. Finally, if you want a good stretching routine, the tape has a Yoga section. All sections are very basic, simple and yet, you'll see, feel, results.

This is a wonderful video. I am a beginner, so this is a very challenging workout for me, but I do my best to keep up with the pace. When I am finished I feel like I have had a total body workout. When I am short on time, I only do one workout, when times permits I do more.

I have the DVD and I can see how the VHS would be annoying. In the DVD you create your own workout. I do Boot Camp, Kickboxing, Ballet, and Pilates in that order. You can change the order however you want to (i skip the yoga because i like a much longer yoga session which is Crunch Fat Burning Yoga-it's great) I am not a good exerciser-I don't like it and I have been able to stick with this dvd because as soon as I feel like I can't do it anymore the segement is over! You MUST stretch before you do this video-there is no warm up-I just put on my favorite tunes and warm up by myself. It doesn't give you a great cardio workout but it's enough when you're lazy AND it's really really good strength training. The ballet is killer on the thighs! I've been doing it for a week straight and I still sweat bullets through the barre work! I can already feel a difference in my abdominal muscles-it shows in my pilates progress. I would reccommend this video for gals like me who don't really want to exercise but want to go to the beach sometime this year in something slinky!

I bought this video because it was cheap and it seemed that I would be able to easily incorporate the short workouts into my busy schedule.
I like the variety; it introduces you to other workout styles of which you might not be aware.
The segments are intense enough that you feel you are getting a good workout in such a short amount of time, but not too hard for beginners. I like to do two segments at a time. I don't feel that I'm getting enough of a cardiovascular workout, though, so I'd recommend accompanying this with an aerobics tape or other activity. I also feel that the instructor doesn't explain the correct form and posture clearly enough sometimes, and the camera shots sometimes make it hard to see exactly what she's doing.
I would still recommend this highly, especially for people who don't exercise for lack of time. It's fun and invigorating.

This is a great workout for several reasons. First, the variety is great. Beginners/those who need a low impact workout or those who are more advanced/need a high impact workout can find several workouts catering to their needs. I like the instructor and the absence of a class behind her (this makes it easier for the camera to focus on the steps in the workout instead of panning to the class where you sometimes miss the basics of the step). The music is different for every workout and is balanced with the instructor's voice so that one is not louder than the other. The only warning I have is in the Pilates section (#2 Workout). This is not for the faint of heart. I can't afford to have a sore abdomen all the time, so I'll stick with my reliable stomach crunches. Other than that, this workout has something for everyone.

For those who get bored with a long workout, this is the best way to go. I like to do the whole video for a great all-over workout. I combine walking in my neighborhood to complete the cardio I need, since this does fall short. This video makes a great strength training workout, as well as stretching. I love this video, and it is the only one I have not gotten bored with. I see results in my abs and arms after only a few weeks.
