Great workout, challenging, the music is very annoying, but the cuing is great... wish she'd spend more time on each stretch.. overall very good product

I enjoyed this exercise DVD very much. It's great to be able to pop it in the DVD player and do a 10-minute workout to start my day. Plus, this instructor is great - she's supportive and not annoying, and also, she has a body that inspires me to keep working out. I highly recommend this DVD!

I really enjoy this video. I do pilates in a studio (mat and reformer) and this is a tough workout. Really feel like you can get something accomplished in the 10 minute segments.
