Excellent meditation/relaxation for beginners, October 6, 1998

Being new to the concept of meditation I found this CD extremely helpful, and was surprised to find how easy it was to take 10 minutes, in the middle of a stressful workday, to relax and focus. My employees are all amazed how well this has worked for me, and find that I am a nicer person to work with when I meditate. I find that I have more energy and a better ability to concentrate after 10 minutes with this CD. I hope it will help you too.
