This oil is heavier than Extra Virgin Olive Oil, but it wasn't used for cooking. The Cert. Organic Avacoado Oil is a part of a mixture of organic essential oils for my hair. This concoction of shea butter, coconut oil and several other organic oils has really revived my natural coils.
