I was first exposed to Charles Mraz's raw honey in college, in the late 1960's. We bought it from him out of his garage. I recall his showing us his honey extractor, an essentially homemade device that spun the honey out into a drum. He filled our jars from a 50 gallon drum and slapped the label--the same one--right on. It was great then. It's great now.
