I was not very impressed with Mr. Smith's book. I found several errors in the names of criminals and the outcome of several trials were also wrong. A good example is the section on John Gacy. Mr. Smith ended this by stating Gace was sentenced to life imprisonment. Any true crime student knows Gacy was sentenced death by lethal injection. He described mass murderer Richard Speck as "handsome". I venture to say the relatives of Speck's victims would find the pock-faced sadist as anything but handsome. Summing up the review, Mr. Smith did not print anything that has not been printed before
