An easy to follow guide to working out. Neila Rey has done a great job in putting together a variety of exercises and eliminating the need for special equipment that so often provides an excuse for skipping an exercise program. This book, along with her website, offers great work outs with a wide variety of exercises. Easy to pick up and with different levels, each work out feels like a person work out design by a professional fitness coach.

Unless you are severely out of shape or have some other health issue you can't hardly go wrong with body weight exercises. There are enough programs that you are able to find one to fit your needs. Even those severely out of shape can modify any program for their level and then work up. Clear, concise pictures. The author has done the research and has the personal experience to back up what she has said.

Highly recommended.

This provides a guide of workout routines with pictures and basically no text at all which is what I wanted. It is definitely easy to follow and very concise. It can be picked up and used right away. It does require that you go online and research HOW to actually do the exercises. This book just provides the template of exercises you should do with different levels ( 1, 2, 3) which vary in the amount of reps. Overall I highly recommend if you want something simple that will help you immediately. You can also download the full book in PDF format from the authors website.

After I got my raw genetic data and found out that, according to my genes, my body would best respond to HIT and a low-fat diet, I began searching for HIT workouts I could actually do. It wasn't easy because I'm severely overweight and out of shape, have fibromyalgia and PCOS, and and pain from lower back and knee injuries. I came across Neila's website, Darebee.com, and was immediately smitten with her style. I love how clean and graphic both her site and this book are. And I LOVE the nerdy elements she incorporates. For a geeky girl like me, that really helps with motivation because I feel as if it's geared toward my personality. This book has tons of workouts that will appeal to people of all levels, but especially the nerdy types out there who want to feel as badass as their favorite super hero, anime character, or character from a game or movie. Until I found her work, I honestly didn't think I'd be able to find a HIT workout that I could do.

The day I found this book (and the Darebee website), I cancelled my membership to the gym. I never knew working out could be this fun or easy. I mean you have to work hard, but it's not complicated. If I have 10 minutes, that's what I do, and I get a great workout. The site (Darebee is excellent too!) Thank you to other reviewers for mentioning that since I found it on here.

I really love the concept here. The .pdf's of the workouts are available for free. This is great because there is no reason to not to check this book out! There are some nice themes to each workout and very little text. The .pdf suits my needs at the gym better, so I'll be supporting Neila on Patreon in lieu of a purchase.
