Well this is my opinion, and you can argue if you want. Yacon is a sweet delicious syrup, and this is the only reason I Use it. I use it to sweeten my coffee in the morning, I use it to sweeten almost anything instead of using sugar.
Considering weight loss supplements, I've tried pills out their honestly not too slam them a lot but it is possible for them not to dissolve completely in your stomach , Some I Found Not to be Garbage , 100% natural is not something in a capsule (nothing grows in a capsule), but a natural syrup makes more sense to me The Yacon syrup 100% came earlier than I anticipated. The great thing about this syrup is that it is not too sweet or Thick which is unique again not to Slam other syrups I tried in past , it has a pleasant flavor and it has the added benefit of not spiking my blood sugar.
And a perfect balance between sweetness and volume. It just tastes good in any serving amount. What I mean is that it's delicious whether you are adding a dab on some oatmeal or throwing down a layer on some sweet potato pancakes. It just works in every setting and enhances the flavor of everything else but doesn't overwhelm. It mixes very well with cinnamon ~~almonds~~ to Give a few I also enjoy pouring some in a bowl with cinnamon and dipping strawberries into it (raspberries and huckleberries ~~ are good also) for a insanely tasty pre :,workout snack or healthy afternoon enjoyment I have lost 5 pounds with about two weeks use age still Going Take 1 teaspoon before or with each meal courtesy of Choice Nutrition Supplements ..

I use this as my sweetener for everything. This syrup can be used in baking and cooking, on top of oatmeal, etc. I use it like honey in yogurt and on toast and in my coffee. It is very tasty and very healthy. A little bit goes a long way. There are clinical trials proving that it aids in weight loss with the most significant change being the decrease in the waist line. Although it is very sweet it does not affect blood sugar levels. Because of the fact that it doesn't affect blood sugar levels (which can play havoc on ones energy and health), it is a great find and will remain my choice for sweeteners.
