100% Two Fingers in the Air Punk Rock

Most of these songs are in some way superior to the studio recordings , but others like " 4 Minute Warning" are way inferior. The production is actually pretty good , which is uncommon for a live punk recording , and the songs are played faster and you feel the raw energy.

This originally came out as a 6 song 12" ep on Slap Up records back in 1993, Which are the first 6 songs on the cd after that you have a bunch of bonus songs which are 13 live songs, I'm guessing those songs were recorded during their u.s tour from '93? then the cd finishes off with two studio tracks, once again I would guess they are from '93 as well or there abouts since they have that raw punk sound of early 90's era Chaos U.K. Soundwise the quality is good, no complaints even the live stuff sounds great (for punk rock anyway). So if your a fan of Chaos U.K and havent heard this, Well....you kinda know what to expect Two Fingers in the Air raw punk rock, However it isnt as noisy as some of their earlier material like Short Sharp Shock or even like the early e.p.s but much similiar to say their Enough to Make You Sick lp/cd which seemed to be the formula they used all through the 90's, As where in the 80's their sound seemed to fluctuate some with trading vocalists off and on between mower and chaos as well being noizy to playing even noizier (radiocative/short sharp shock) So if your just getting into punk rock and looking to start a collection I would say this is essential stuff and if your a fan of 90's era Chaos UK and dont have this you probably won't be disapointed. In my opinion it's a pretty solid disc...no gripes here.

chaos uk is old school and full OF CHAOS they have better cds so check them all out their all really good go check out angelic upstarts too great OI band

Although this is a good album (good lyrics and vocals as usual), the addition of what I can only describe as 80s rock guitar was a detraction for me.
