4.0 out of 5 stars A good collection, January 30, 2010
This review is from: 100: The Work that Changed British Art (Hardcover)
This book draws together the key works of YBAs by categorizing them into wave 1 (such as Chris Ofili, Peter Doig, Gary Hume, Gavin Turk, Damien Hirst, Jenny Saville, Sarah Lucas ) and wave 2 (such as Ron Mueck, Michael Raedecker, Cecily Brown, Martin Maloney). It does not have much text except a short information on these artists and their works at the end of the book. So I do not recommend it for the people that will buy it in order to find extensive writing on why these works changed the British Art scene. But still, it serves well as a catalogue of this period.
