This book is like a chain letter, I received it from someone, liked it so much I sent copies to many of my friends who have in turned given copies to their friends. This book is truly fascinating how it approaches illness from every different viewpoint, western medicine to homeopathic(with everything in between.) Being sick myself, this book is a wonderful tool when new symptoms emerge and I like having various methods available to attack it. For example, you take nausea. This book will give you the 7 different viewpoints of nausea, their different thoughts on what brought the nausea about and how they would cure it. It is so interesting to learn some of the home remedies available in this book while also learning why some of the famous home remedies came about or why they work. This book is just truly fascinating. I do not think there is anyone who could not benefit from having this manual around. In a day and age where people love diagnosing themselves on the internet, this book offers something more than the internet sites; it sums up the many different thoughts on medicine and organizes it so it is super easy to look up whatever you are interested in.

I borrowed this book from the library to address my ongoing medical issues, PNAR, PCOS, Diabetes,Anemia, and more. I followed the advice in the book concerning Naturopaty and supplements for my problems. I now feel better than I have in years. I have medical and prescription coverage, but the medicines the doctors gave somewhat helped with symptoms, just barely. After just one day of taking the suggested supplements for my conditions, I felt relief. No Joke. I thank god for this book, particularly it's naturopathic recommendations. I've been telling all my friends about this book.

I love this book. It has cures for everything. Sprained my ankle the other day and followed all the great advice. Feel much better now. Also has a cure for insomnia which helped me out. U should buy this book cuz I said so. U won't regret it.

The instructions for administering some of the therapies are not as detailed as those provided by the extremely knowledgeable Dr who wrote the section for Traditional Chinese medicine. I would love to try some of the Chinese medicine treatments, and I may do so soon, as the Dr is here in Minneapolis. However, some of the other sections are not explained in enough detail to execute some of the therapies.

Simply stated, I LOVE THIS BOOK! I refer to it for everything. Having choices is the best, and this book covers so much. I can't afford and prefer to avoid Western doctors, so this book allows me to quickly view my options. Easy references, clearly stated and a great format. Don't hesitate to buy this one!

This is a good book for superficial knowledge. It compares the different methods of treating the same disease. Could have been better.
