I could smell the petals when I took the package out of the mailbox, that's how strongly they're scented! I had to put them in my closet because the smell was filling the entire house, and was just too much to bear. Hopefully it will fade over time! The petals are lovely, but oh, that smell is just awful. Like having someone squirt perfume right up your nose.

1000 Rose Petals go a LONG way, and these were excellent. Unless you picked them up, you couldn't tell the difference between these and the real thing. Worked excellently at our wedding. Thank you!
