Without any review, I never had a chance to really know if this is the book that I need. Unfortunately, it is not what I was looking for. However, the book itself is OK for beginners who are looking for simple objects like Christmas tree ornaments, butter and cookie molds, chip-carved pieces, tramp-carving, gouge decoration, silhouettes and more. For experienced carvers, challenging projects like toys, weather vanes, signs, noisemakers, musical instruments, cigar-store, animals and humans, caricatures, carved jigsaw puzzles and more. |
