According to the San Francisco Chronicle "...This book will make readers want to travel the world." ...that is unless you are reading the chapter dedicated to dairy, in which case you will want to travel the world EXCEPT for the entire Western Hemisphere. Despite it being home to 35 countries and over 900 million people, the author could not come up with a single cheese sample worth including in the book's list of 97. Seriously?
