I am a yoga teacher and I often use this small book to get inspirations for my classes, from the many mediation and breathing exercises. Sometimes I end my class with one of the beautiful quotes.
If you're like me and like to read before going to be but fall asleep after reading just one or two pages, you're better off keeping this book on your nightstand. Read a quote or two and let it put you to a restful sleep.
