We just sold our townhouse using many of Mark Nash's tips. His top-notch advice really made a difference, and the book is worth every penny.

2.0 out of 5 stars less than expected, February 2, 2007
This review is from: 1001 Tips for Buying & Selling a Home (Paperback)
The book had some good tips, but I feel like there was a lot of advice that I was looking for that I didn't get--like pros and cons of selling by owner vs. with an agent and searching on your own vs. getting a buyer agent--just as an example. If I had been able to preview it before I bought it, I wouldn't have bought it.

5.0 out of 5 stars 1001 Tips for Buying & Selling a Home, May 1, 2006
This review is from: 1001 Tips for Buying & Selling a Home (Paperback)
Our house had been going nowhere in a stagnant market for nearly 10 months. After incorporating Mr. Nash's "tips" into our selling process, the house really took off, despite a difficult seller's market. By following his suggestions and reworking our marketing plan, we had the house sold and closed in a month and a half. Mr. Nash saved us the on-going drama of double mortgage payments! K.
