5.0 out of 5 stars Remarkable resource, April 19, 2006
We just sold our townhouse using many of Mark Nash's tips. His top-notch advice really made a difference, and the book is worth every penny.

5.0 out of 5 stars 1001 Tips for Buying & Selling a Home, May 1, 2006
Our house had been going nowhere in a stagnant market for nearly 10 months. After incorporating Mr. Nash's "tips" into our selling process, the house really took off, despite a difficult seller's market. By following his suggestions and reworking our marketing plan, we had the house sold and closed in a month and a half. Mr. Nash saved us the on-going drama of double mortgage payments! K. 5.0 out of 5 stars It should have ten stars!, April 20, 2006

This is a great help in understanding the very confusing world of real estate transactions. Mark Nash's book is invaluable to new buyers but will keep repeat buyers up to snuff on information that changes rapidly in this market. Do yourself a huge favor and avoid costly finacial mistakes by learning about the most important investment most of us will ever make. I wish I had this book 25 years ago-I'm be retired now!
