Products was to my expectations. However, all light bulbs should state whether or not they are for either indoor or outdoor use, or both. Product packaging states these are guaranteed for some many days. but the days as noted in fine print consist of only four hours per day. Poor or misleading advertising.

Not worth it.
I use halogen bulbs a lot because I think they are environmentally smarter than CFLs and give better light. I bought this 5-pack of bulbs in June 2010 and immediately installed them in light fixtures around the house. One bulb was bad and I marked it on-line in Amazon for a return, intending to return just the one bulb, but within days got a replacement 5-pack. I returned...

I use halogen bulbs a lot because I think they are environmentally smarter than CFLs and give better light. I bought this 5-pack of bulbs in June 2010 and immediately installed them in light fixtures around the house. One bulb was bad and I marked it on-line in Amazon for a return, intending to return just the one bulb, but within days got a replacement 5-pack. I returned the bad bulb and the remaining four 'good' replacement bulbs. I was sorry I'd done that, though, because within two weeks, two more of the original bulbs had burned out. I don't know what the problem is: manufacturing defect, poor storage and handling practices, whatever, but these bulbs turned out to be a big waste of time and money.
