After reading all the reviews, I must say I ummed and ahhed a lot before I took the plunge and decided to buy this, but I'm glad I did.

The eight panels took me all of 5 minutes to arrange into order. Afer reading the other reviews, I was expecting that to be really hard. Maybe it was all those years I spent doing puzzles when I was younger, or maybe not. Unlike some of the other reviewers, I just didn't find that part of the exercise difficult at all.

What *was* a little tricky was the actual pasting the panel to the wall, and ironing out all the bumps part. I wouldn't have managed without my hubs helping me place the bottom of the panel while I placed the top, then holding the whole thing while I 'ironed' it out with a paint roller.

When we were all done, I was horribly disappointed. The whole thing was full of bubbles that, no matter what I tried, simply would not come out. I was frustrated after all the hard work we'd put into it, and was going to rip it all down and throw it away before it dried on the wall, but hubs suggested we leave it for a while ..... GREAT advice! I came back to the room that evening, and the bumps and bubbles had all dissapeared when it dried.

It looks wonderful in my bedroom, and I'm so happy with it. Well worth the money spent.

I laid out the eight sections and was convinced that the mural I received was defective. The trees on the Right side as well as the dark tree in from the Left side are BLACK. The tree in from the Left side is actually on the second panel and it appears as a straight black stripe up the entire length of the mural. I contacted customer service and was asked to send a digital photo so they could see what I was talking about. Once the customer service representative saw the photos he called me back and said that was how it was supposed to look and maybe if I "stepped back a bit..." it would look more natural. Nope, still looked like a black stripe - not even like a burnt tree but a black stripe. Since I was planning to install the mural in a small massage room the option to "step back" wasn't feasible. I'm still convinced the mural I received was defective because I can't imagine why the lush green photo would have BLACK trees. It just didn't work for me.

Here's another thought: The first thing you have to do with this mural is lay the eight sections out on the floor to put it in order - they aren't numbered and in spite of the fact that there are only eight sections, this is harder than you'd think. It would be so much easier if the sections were numbered... AND I may have 9' x 12' of blank wall space but finding 9' x 12' of flat floor space wasn't as easy so I tried taping them up with painter's tape to put them in order. That sort of worked but the paper is very fragile and I wrinkled it a bit and tore it slightly. Like I said, it didn't work for me...

This mural is made of magazine paper that when wet with the paste (provided) will deform and wrinkle beyond any ability to apply it to the wall in any normal manner. The instructions say "small bubbles will disappear when it dries" but the huge wrinkles I experienced during installation did not. I will be removing this mural as soon as I purchase a replacement mural made of vinyl or canvas, but these it would seem are not sold on Amazon. Yes, this is a good price for a mural this size but what you get is not workable.

This product was as described to a T. I don't have a picture of my wall after installation but look at the Mural in the description and my wall is the same. I was very pleased from ordering to completed installation. I've ordered a truck load of merchandise and have had excellent service from Amazon and all of it's marketplace vendors to date.

After reading the reviews of this product I decided to have the mural professionally installed. They put it up in about an hour and a half, and it was spectacular. It expands the space and the colors are the perfect accent to the rest of the room. I have a floor light with a 40watt bulb that illuminates it at night. I'm still amazed at how good it looks, I couldn't be happier.

The mural itself is lovely. However to putting it up will destroy your sanity. Matching the 8 pieces and cutting them down to size will take hours. After you have everything ready and get underway you will realize that this paper was clearly crafted to be as difficult to install as possible. Wallpaper paste causes it to become soggy and hard to manage. Once applied to a wall even the slightest pressure will cause it to tear. However should you wish to cut it, that will be impossible and cause ugly jagged uneven edges. The paper expands and stretches on the wall making matching pieces a whole 1/2 inch different in width. In the end you'll need to stock up on some craft paint to hide tears and mismatches. Better yet hire someone to strip your job down and put up something else.

It arrived on time and in excelent condition. That is really the only positive thing I have to say. The paper the picture is printed on is not like normal wallpaper. Once you get the wallpaper paste on, the paper begins to get wet and once it's complete saturated it becomes very delicate. Just lifting the wet paper can make it tear. The instructions came with a map of how to arrange the 8 sheets but the sheet weren't numbered. I had to go through and match each page myself. Just that took an entire day! There is no way to overlap the pictures so there was no way to get them to match correctly. I have to go back and paint over the 30 or so places where it tore or it didn't match up. Don't do this yourself. You need to have a proffessional install it unless you don't care how it looks.

We received the product in excellent condition and in a timely fashion. However, the product is of poor quality. It is extremely blurry. In the sample pic, it is clear. I think there were others who had the same complaint. Due to the unclear picture, we will be returning the product.
