Review - 101 Classic Goals of the World Cup(VHS), March 26, 2000
This review is from: 101 Classic Goals of the World Cup [VHS] (VHS Tape)
The video contains goals from 3 world cups '82,1986 and 1990.So you don't get to see the goals of Pele's Brazil(which was a minor disappointment).Although the selection of goals contains some excellent goals it was not the best set of goals.
All in all, a good video for a football fan.Enjoy some great goals but dont expect to see all the best goals of the World Cup.

Good hilight video, May 1, 2000
This review is from: 101 Classic Goals of the World Cup [VHS] (VHS Tape)
This was a good video that showed a lot of great plays. I liked the fact that it showed some of the same goals over and from different angles. It gave you an idea of what lead up to the goal without having to rewind all the time. I got it to share with my son and daughter and their teams. I think it makes for good pre-game watching. Overall the quality of the video was good although some of the older film was of lesser quality because of it's age.

A great tape with the best goals of the 82,86, 90 world cups, April 10, 2002

****
Very Enjoyable. Any football/soccer fan should have this tape in their collection.
I also strongly recommend "The history of the world cup 1966-1990" - that video is NOT a boring documentary (as the title may sound). It has all the best players with the memorable moments witnessed in all the worldcups 1966-1990. Buy that one first.
This one is also fantastic. The 101 goals classified by the way they are scored: headers, wide play, free kicks, and so on. It's carefully organized, and includes replays from different angles. With footage of the scorer, the teams and the year of the world cup.
I also enjoyed the brief music that comes on right right after the goal, while you can still hear the crowd raoring annd the ball being kicked.
In general, great, but also get the history of the world cup tape first.
