This is a nice cookbook. Recipies not too complicated, fairly common ingredients. The interesting component is the format. It is printed on heavy plastic with a stud or grommet(what should I call it) in one upper corner. You swivel the pages, with recipes printed on both sides. Set it down on a wet spot or oil--no problem!Size is not very big,3 1/2 by 8 1/2 in., lay it on the counter where you are working. Emphasis on low carbohydrate ingredients. some nutritional information on glycemic index of varions foods, fiber, protein, etc.
