This is just a great book...I do therapy groups with young adolescents (ages 13-16) and I was able to use a lot of activities out of this book. The activities are good for all ages and can be therapeutic or just for fun. The activities are divided into word games, action games, thinking games, and icebreaker games and are easily adaptable for any group. The adolescents in my group gave great reviews on many of the activities and even asked if we could do them again another time. I even had adult staff members wanting to join in the group!
