101 Low Carb Diet Tips
Though it's only a tip book, it's absolutely practical: you get the basics and theories behind major low carb diets, footnoted critique -- but also 'cookable' recipes. I just bought the book and right away, tried one of the quick dessert recipes - very good indeed. As Dr Zilberter writes, "The bottom line is, low carb is good for you - if you know the ropes. This is what these tips are all about."

DO NOT BUY THIS BOOK! I am with you guys so I still give 5 stars to the author but say with you: DO NOT BUY THIS BOOK! I just cant believe it's possible to treat authors like that!

Although I gave it 5 stars long ago, I now say - it's an outdated, poorly edited book by a very, very BAD publisher! The author was not and is not able to update or even remove this book from sales since the publisher don't react to any requests and don't pay royalties! I saw the statement of the new diet guide on lifetips.com. I am contacting other reviewers to object this sales! Hope they'll join me.
