5.0 out of 5 stars Just diagnosed in Seattle, March 30, 2000
This review is from: 101 Nutrition Tips For People with Diabetes (Paperback)
I was just recently diagnosed with diabetes a month ago. One of the first things I did was head to the bookstore and library. This was the first book I purchased. It simply explains EVERYTHING I needed to know about the nutritional needs and concerns of a diabetic. It helped to make what I thought a complicated and scary situation a lot easier to understand. THANK YOU!

I have since purchased the "The Diabetes Carbohydrate and Fat Gram Guide" as well. I carry this book with me wherever I go.

5.0 out of 5 stars Great gift for someone dealing with diabetes and diet!, June 1, 1999
By A Customer
This review is from: 101 Nutrition Tips For People with Diabetes (Paperback)
I bought this book for my mother who has diabetes. She's thrilled with the book, because it has brief, straightforward answers to lots of her nutrition questions. We know the book has accurate information because it's published by the American Diabetes Association. I recommend it for anyone who is dealing with diet and diabetes.
