    There are some excellent recipes in this book. There are also a few that didn't work out so great. Overall, it is a very nice book. My kids have enjoyed trying all the recipes. One son wants to steal my copy of this book, so I will have to buy another copy for myself.

    As a hint, the best recipe I've ever tasted in the category of "special" chocolate chip cookies is called "Chocolate Oatmeal Roundup Cookies" - with roasted chopped peanuts, peanut butter, oats, cocoa powder and chocolate chips all combined for an "out of this world" cookie - from the book "Death By Chocolate Cookies", by Marcel Desauliers.

    I was given this cookbook as a gift and since then, I have given it to 18 others. Now I am ordering 3 more to give to my kid's teachers. With 4 kids, they are always asking for cookies. My cookies were either flat or too cakey. Since I have used this book, my kids and their friends think I need to open a cookie shop. I have yet to have a recipe fail. When people ask for my chocolate chip cookie recipes, I often just buy them the book.
