5.0 out of 5 stars Outstanding..easy to read..excellent desk reference guide, March 28, 1999
By A Customer
This review is from: 101 Recognition Secrets: Tools for Motivating and Recognizing Today's Workforce (Paperback)
This is the type of recognition QUICK reference guide every manager should have on his/her desk. This book seems to hit on almost every occasion where recognition could be a form of reward. The book is small, easy to ready, down-home and applies to all employees, from executives to blue collar. In addition to the book, Ms. Jeffries does an outstanding job with the seminar for managers. Every organization should experience.

5.0 out of 5 stars This is the only book I consistently recommend, January 20, 2001
This review is from: 101 Recognition Secrets: Tools for Motivating and Recognizing Today's Workforce (Paperback)
Outstanding! I received this book several years ago when Roz spoke at a meeting of the Northern New Jersey Chapter of ASTD. It's about time someone listened to what employees want, and Roz has certainly done that. From "15 Ways to Get Rid of Your Staff" to "What Kinds of Recognition Would You Like to Receive," the book is a no-nonsense primer on recognition and rewards. Without exaggeration, I've recommended this book to easily a hundred or so colleagues, clients, and classmates over the past few years, and plan to distribute some copies as well.
