About the Author
As publisher and founder of The Next Step Magazine, a magazine that helps teens with college,career,and life planning, David is responsible for daily operations,including supervising and mentoring his staff,student volunteers,advertising sales,editorial and long-term planning.
In this role,he expanded the magazine from Rochester, N.Y. to international distribution, and increased circulation to more than 700,000 readers in 18,000 high schools in the United States and Canada. In 1996, he launched the magazine's Web site and continued to develop complimentary businesses,such as a Transfer Guide, Parent Guide and Link, a newsletter for school counselors. David graduated from the University at Buffalo in 1991 with a degree in communications/advertising.
