This is not for the very experienced cook who can whip up a gourmet dinner without checking a recipe. 101 Things To Do With Mac & Cheese is a winner for the person on a budget who finds himself resorting to anything with the word "instant" on the label, and is darn tired of it.

Here is a spiral-bound entre into the world of culinary arts, while keeping one toe safely in the world of "instant."

This book provides quite a respectable variety of things to do with Mac & Cheese, including veggies and meat. You can transform it into soups, salads, and of course, a more jazzed-up version of the standard format.

This book is great for anyone on a budget. It's NOT just for college students!

My daughter, husband and sons really enjoy eating these noodles. They make great snacks. As a joke I put it in her Christmas Stocking. Yes, at thirty ??? she still wants her stocking from me. I was surprised to see the really good recipes. for salads and soups plus dinners. I guess the joke was on me. She loves it.
