This wonderful little book by Louise Hay is full of inspiring thoughts and suggestions. She is very insightful. Every page contained a gem of it's own. Some of the ideas weren't new to me but I needed my memory refreshed, while others were new and very thought provoking. This book just makes you feel good! I highly recommend it!
