Once you've read Raleigh Pinskey's books, you are hooked. I started out as an engineer, and Raleigh is helping me to come all the way out of my shell. She has written the perfect book to help me out!

Needless to say 101 Ways to Promote Yourself is playing a huge role in helping me to be a successful writer. I now consider Raleight to be a success mentor. Her wisdom is easy to follow - but more than that it is right on! I guarantee that if you read this book you will have tons of marketing ideas for promoting yourself - it's that incredible.

Raleigh always covers all of the proactive bases: smart thinking, system thinking, futuristic thinking, and positive thinking. If you are truly seeking the kind of success and abundance that makes your life 100% livable - you must read this book. Some of the ideas she promotes are found in SUCCESS BOUND, another book built on learning how to live a proactively life that is God centered and fulfilling.

Ponder the wisdom and truths of this book and let them seep deep into your subconscious mind. Then step out of your shell and PROMOTE YOURSELF.

4.0 out of 5 stars Delivers what it promises without granola, some Perrier., April 18, 2000
By
Philip Clement (Canadian West Coast (aka Paradise)) - See all my reviews
This book is not about motivation, complex inner considerations, visualisations, nor creating purpose in your life. It is about fulfilling your vision - not FINDING one- although you will be clearer after reading Raleigh, what your strong points are and where you have some holes in your marketing / promoting/ self image. You will get more out of this book when you already HAVE your business/craft/dream... THEN reading this book will be like having a professional coach in your corner pointing in all the right directions to reach your target market, whether you be a toothbrush salesman or a rocket scientist and anything in between.

This book will help you find the language and the medium to devise and deliver your message. The start point of book is you HAVE a message or product or service already. Author is 100% a pro and a Mensch. Matter of fact winning strategies.

This review is from: 101 Ways To Promote Yourself: Tricks Of The Trade For Taking Charge Of Your Own Success (Mass Market Paperback)
The book stands out as a very good guide for the first time entrepreneur or the seasoned seller. It brought out so many improtant things for me as a first time business person, such as the importance of a name in business, promoting yourself in the media and ways to do it, and most importantly how to hold on to those Valued customers you do get. I have referred this book to many of my friends who are thinking of or who are starting a new business. It is very exciting and has many many good pointers. Definitely recommended as a way to help promote yourself and your business! It Helped me to gain confidence in myself and my abilities and is going to be a book I refer to every step of the way!
