I've listened to tapes from a large number of people who talk about self-help and the transformation of your life. Wayne Dyer is without competition the leader of this field and this tape is the best I've ever listened to. It's beautiful and filled with easy to apply advise you can use in your life today! I have read several books by Wayne Dyer, and was pleased when I found this tape, which neatly encapsulates all his important points. It's a great "refresher" to have on hand to remember all the ideas that make so much sense when you read them, but are so easily forgotten in the course of our daily lives. Wayne's soothing voice is another reason I enjoy listening to this tape. He's the white self-help Barry White! The only reason I gave it a 9 was because Wayne had re-used some of his jokes!

Dr. Dyer presents 101 inspiring ways to make your life more meaningful. Each day I listen to this tape and each day I am enriched by it. He presents universal truths in a comfortable and easy manner to help us create the lives that we are meant to live. Thank you, Dr. Dyer, for your heartfelt assistance.

I love listening to some of the ideas on this disc right before meditation or when I retire for the evening. Dyer suggests listening to just one transforming though per day, but if you've read a few of his books then most of these thoughts you will already be familiar with. The disc then serves as an excellent reminder and will help the ideas soak into your subconscious. The background music on it is nice.

I agree with some of the other views here, this is simply the most inspiring audio tape I've come across. I've been listening to it regularly during the past 18 months and haven't failed to be uplifted each time; Wayne Dyer explains his transforming thoughts with real warmth and love. Beautiful.

I absolutely LOVE this audio book. Dr. Wayne Dyer's voice is very soothing and he makes his message simple to relate to and undestand. I listen to this book when I go to sleep at night; It helped me greatly when I was recovering from depression and I still listen to it regularly now. The suggestions are very simple and help put daily challenges in a perspective that them makes them manageable. He also mentions how God has a plan and how He is part of us. This audio book is a must, especially for such a cheap price - just skip your daily latte once, this is well worth it.

I keep this tape in my car and replay it while driving. The messages are all positive and helpful, but very easy to understand. A great way to refocus when life is too stressful or demanding.

Dr Dyer has given us a very simple way to truly transform our lives. I know that I listened to this CD for a solid month and the universe changed around me. I found a very lucrative job, a way to financial peace and a way of life that brings me great joy and peace. Dr. Dyer has studied so long on meditation and what "works" in life. This is a great tape for meditation if you need to change your thinking habits.

I've been playing this CD in my car and listing to bits at a time. Some of the ideas are repeated, but this is good to help one to remember what was said.
Very helpful on the way to work to give me a better attitude about facing the day.
If you really don't have the cash for this, I'm thinking there's probably a used book somewhere.
Even if you only listen/read this once, it can give you some new perspective on your life and the people in it.
