This is a great book for those wanting variety and the ability to build their own workout routines.
I guess its good if you have a gym membership, but the point of me looking for a book using handweights was because that was all I had at home, just hand weights.
I love the color illustrations, and the specific instructions on how to perform each exercise just below the pictures.
