The Camp Songs is just what KIDS like they're nice, gross, silly and more. My kids (8 & 5) love it because the words/songs are easy to remember and they get to sing-a-long. There are a few songs that I though is not appropriate for kids but they do not seem to even notice those. Like "Bring Back My Neighbors To Me" - a song about dead neighbors.

Even with the mentioned song I will still purchase the CD. The kids love it!

I was looking for a set of songs for Girl Scout camp. This set has a good combination of old and new. Some were familiar, some went back to my childhood, some were new. Good fun for children.

My granddaughters and I enjoyed these CD's in the Jeep as we took a road trip to Colorado. We also had books on tape, so it made a good contrast as the hours went by. After arriving, we found ourselves singing some of the "camp songs". The words are very clear, the melodies simple, and the content very appropriate for campers of all ages.

This CD is recommened by me from ages 0-9. This CD is good for young children's camp, classrooms, day care, etc. I got this CDwhen I was eleven. Although a couple I think the twin sisters made up which were There Was A Little Rooster and Fives Miles From Camp. because they were not found much on the internet. That wawas my problem with it. They have wonderful versions of camp songs and morer. I LOVE ThIS CCD!!!!!!!!!!!!

The songs are probably more fun for older kids 7-12 years old. I bought it for a camping themed birthday party and didn't use them bc some of the songs weren't appropriate for 5 year olds and younger.
